Search for what's new on Wordpress blog network on 'recession marketing'
I have recently been exploring Wordpress.com as a fast track for blogging visibility and, so far, like what I see.
Not only is the system fast and easy but your blog instantly becomes part of the Wordpress network -- which means that your blog is easily available to the Wordpress.com community via the Wordpress search tool.

On a related note - the blog is already in Technorati -- please click over and "favorite" it.
BTW -- while blogs on the Wordpress.com domain are free (example - slumpmarketingtips.wordpress.com) -- you can use your own unique domain name for a $10 annual fee. If you don't already own the domain you can buy the domain AND use it on the Wordpress.com network for only $15...considering the fact that I pay $8.88 for domain registration at NameBargain.com -- that's a bargain.
For www.SlumpMarketingTips.com I paid the $15 and was amazed that the DNS was resolving in under an hour!
